The easiest way is via the Rest App or MemberAccess, only use this form if you DON'T have an online account.


To keep your super safe you must:
  1. Answer a few basic questions.
  2. Have your identity verified with a government approved verification service called GreenID; where you will be asked to select 2 ID documents to verify your ID, such as:
  • Driver License
  • Medicare Card
  • Australian Passport
  • Australian VISA
  • Birth Certificate

It'll take about 5-8 minutes to complete this form.

If you don't have sufficient ID to complete your ID verification, please chat with a Rest agent.
